Homify magazine reports that 4D Studio are residential architects with projects both in the UK and abroad with some brilliant work completed in Majorca.
They have published an extensive article covering the homes designed by 4D Studio director Will Caradoc-Hodgkins.
The Son Naava home is described as a little slice of paradise. The remarkable transformation of this house involved remarkable external renovation work that included planting of over 2800 young olive trees. Not only is there an impressive swimming pool but our house designers have also included a separate staff house, new loggias and an outdoor cinema. What an undertaking.
Care de Sol
Then there is the project Homify describe as dazzling at Carre de Sol Here our team of architects have worked with specialist local consultants to restore and beautifully restore a listed old merchants house. The building has a rich and important historic past that goes back to Roman times and particular care has been taken to preserve the old and carefully integrate it with the new. The completely restored interior includes 6 bedrooms, a media room, a gym and a pool. 17th century painted ceilings have been painstakingly restored by specialist restorers.
At Calle Campagna our bespoke home residential architects have restored this lovely period townhouse in Palma. The house interior has been entirely stripped away and this has facilitated a total redesign. Accommodation now includes a kitchen and dining room both of which open onto a beautiful patio. and the house also accommodates a cinema space and a rooftop terrace with stunning views over the city of Palma.
