New Commisions

I’m delighted to report the busiest summer in the Studio that I can remember. We have welcomed new clients, a significant number of whom were referred to us by previous clients. Thank you all.

The projects are many and varied. We are working on fine historic homes that include Grade 2 Listed houses by Norman Shaw and Sir Edwin Lutyens and a Grade 1 Listed House in Westminster, architect not known. We have domestic commissions for house improvements and extensions and new build houses with a wide geographical spread of sites that include Virginia Water, Weybridge, Harrow, Richmond, Wandsworth, Hammersmith and Fulham and Lambeth. In Majorca we recently completed a  five star restaurant and have commissions for two more houses.

Studio MCH, our commercial division are just as busy on projects that include 3 separate new commissions from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Trust, a town centre redevelopment in West London. two significant residential projects in Staines and a third in Hounslow. The asset managers for the Chatham Maritime retail and leisure complex we built some years ago have commissioned a raft of work required to accommodate new tenants, improve the public realm and increase car parking provision and we are just starting the masterplan proposals for a large employer and land owner in west London.

Thank you once again to all our clients.
