We designed this very special house in the Surrey Hills to the most exacting standard and with the finest finishes and materials. We have created a luxurious 5,000 sq. ft. home of sublime proportions.

Property agents marketing the house describe the Surrey Hills “as famed for its peace and tranquillity as it is for the ground-breaking architecture throughout the centuries”. They consider that our design has created an individual and inspiring building that “reflects the areas passion for embracing the new whilst protecting this area of outstanding natural beauty.”

They further describe the house as an “intriguing and specialist home distinctive by design with off white rendered walls punctuated by grey framed windows and ensuring the reception space and bedrooms all enjoy the southerly aspect and abundance of terraces and private balconies.”

The kitchen has been cleverly designed with wonderful uninterrupted view of the grounds. It has white quartz stone work surfaces and a breakfast bar two double ovens, There is also an American fridge freezer and dual wine coolers.

The front door opens into an impressive double height atrium that admits sunlight and daylight to the heart of the house. Striking cantilevered timber stairs rise to the first floor, where a library/ study area is located so as to benefit from the northern light that enters from a large pair of corner windows.

As with the East House, designed first, the planning officers required a design of the highest architectural quality as did the influential Surrey Hills Design Panel who felt that planning permission could only be granted for a house design of the highest architectural quality and sustainability.

The house design is contemporary in style while being distinctly different to East House.
