The proposal is for a two storey house with a height of 9.25m. it is designed in the classical style, is generally rectangular in shape with a width of 38m and depth of 17m. The existing access from is utilised.
The proposed dwelling will have an above ground floor area of 806sqm and a further 862sqm within the basement which would be wholly below ground and served by light wells
