4D Studio Architects have prepared the Urban design and architectural proposals for five sites in Grantham town centre.
At the heart of this work is the need to create a gateway to the town centre leading visitors from a new transport interchange located at the railway station.
The schemes will include town centre retailing, station related retailing business starter units, offices, hotel and restaurants, residential, industrial units, station car parking, new bus routes
Our vision is to create a sustainable series of developments that links the station with the town centre and invigorate the town’s retail economy
