Coburg Crescent Care Centre for Adults with PMLD

The new resource centre at Coburg Crescent was designed by the C F Møller London while under the leadership of Teva Hesse now of 4D Studio Architects. It is a multipurpose building, its primary role is to act as a care centre for adults with profound learning disabilities. The facility also provides therapeutic rooms and supported living accommodation, for both long and short stays.

The centre also houses a space for the wider community, including a shop and café, offering opportunities of employment to service users and actively highlighting the collaborative culture of the day centre.

“Architecture is the learned game, correct & magnificent, of forms assembled in the light.”
