Lysander House, in the grounds of Tempsford Hall, St Neots, Cambridgeshire comprises 22,000 sq ft office building and was designed to BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating. It includes air-to-air heat pumps, solar shading, grey water recycling and high levels of thermal insulation.

It employs modern methods of construction, using off-site factory components and a combination of natural and controlled air conditioning to allow occupant control of the environment

It was built as the the headquarters of the residential development companies within Kier Group that had for some time been located within the attractive surroundings of Tempsford Hall, Cambridgeshire in response to an increasing requirement for office accommodation.
