A Masterplan identifying the potential of an NHS Estate

This masterplan was commissioned by SLaM NHS Trust to identify the development potential and future growth strategy for the Trust’s primary hub adjacent to Denmark Hill rail station. It was designed by Teva Hesse of 4D Studio Architects  while head of  C F Møller London

The various threads of the work included:

  • improving orientation and wayfinding
  • identifying zones for future development
  • comprehensive phasing of construction works
  • improving pedestrian access through the site and to the adjacent KIngs Hospital site
  • maintaining emergency and maintenance access to all hospital buildings
